For more than 20 years the Victoria Chinese Commerce Association has presented this award to a 2nd year Business Administration student with the top mark in BUS 280 Entrepreneurship. It is presented in the name of the founding President of the VCCA, Willie Eng. He was a Entrepreneur extraordinaire. In addition to a thriving Accounting practice, Willie had many other business involvements. He also loved to Golf!

To Qualify You Must:
be enrolled in 2nd year of a Business program during the current award eligibility period (May 1 – April 30)
have the top mark in BUS 280 Entrepreneurship.
be in good academic standing
