CONSITUTION
The Purpose of the Society is to . .
- To facilitate Canadians of Chinese decent to participate in the Canadian Commercial Marketplace.
- To promote and foster business relationships for it’s members
- To encourage and develop commercial ties with other Chinese communities
- To promote Chinese traditions and culture in the Canadian environment
- To promote, encourage and assist education and charitable activities within the local community; and
- To promote and undertake programs, publicity, special events and other endeavours in the business of the community.
This society is a member-funded society. It is funded primarily by its members to carry on activities for the benefit of its members. On its liquidation or dissolution, this society may distribute it money and other property to its members.
